This is the seventh opus in the "Correspondences" series. Painting with a dominant mauve, white and blue, it is an abstract landscape inspired by the colours of twilight, volcanoes, rivers and rocks. The colours are warm and the repetition of the rocks gives a surreal dimension to the place.
This is a painting done in January 2023 on linen canvas with high quality Leroux colours. It is signed on the lower right and dated and signed on the back.
